Ying is a 14-year-old girl. She is good friends with Yaya. Since both of them are very smart, the often compete with each other. But this doesn't affect their friendship. Ying tends to talk rapidly and can get impatient at times. She has a kind and out-going personality. She is always willing to help out anyone in need. Her power enables her to move very fast. To others, it looks like she is going at a incredible pace, but to her, she is just running at a normal pace. She can also slow down time to the point where everyone around her is moving very slowly. She is able to get to places in the blink of an eye and not get tired because of her power. This makes it difficult for an enemy to fight her. Ying and Fang wear glasses not because they can't see, but because it looks cool.
